Dake Traphagen is one of America's most respected classical guitar builders, and this 2003 instrument is a beautiful example of why. Built with Brazilian rosewood back and sides and a cedar top, this concert guitar features Traphagen's characteristic slightly elevated fretboard a refinement that contributes to its exceptional playability and resonance.

The voice is magnificent: singing trebles, resonant basses, and wonderful balance across all registers. Projection is strong and clear. This is a guitar that rewards digging in playability is smooth and comfortable with no buzzing, and there's room to lower the saddle if desired.
